Community Rail Lancashire (CRL) has a team who specialise in working with young people especially schools and colleges
We are now expanding our programme with a package for secondary schools. Classroom to Carriage is designed specifically for students in years 7 to 9.
A member of our team can come into school and work with pupils in Key Stage 3. We can plan activities to meet all areas of the curriculum and also focus on safety and careers.
In addition, we can also provide a free escorted journey to put pupils’ new found safety skills into practice. The destination can be agreed between the school and a member of our team.
