The final class from Woodlands Primary had a great day with Community Rail Lancashire, Merseyrail and Merseytravel!

The children travelled from Formby to Southport, and were met by the British Transport Police. They had a tour around the station, discussing safety.

The children then got to see the Police van, and we had a look at some essential equipment!

The class even got to go in the back, which was very exciting!

After lunch, the children had a tour of the station, learning about the history of Southport, and then returned to school. What a super trip!
